"Southeast" Texas Sports?

What's going on with the board? I log on last night to search for a few local updates and to my chagrin I'm seeing posts/updates of school that have ZERO ties or affiliations with anything related to "Southeast" Texas. Maybe it was just me but I found it hard scrolling the site looking for LOCAL teams' updates with the other unrelated posts in the way.

I'm pretty sure if a "non-moderator" did such we would be asked to move the posts somewhere else. I'm just saying.

KHS, you may have tunnel vision.. ;D.....Most all the post/updates that I saw were reguarding setx or surrounding area teams. I live in Huntington and alot of the teams around here play setx teams during the year as they seem to overlap....expand your horizions...lol

Actually, I have NEVER asked anyone to move or remove a thread simply because the teams involved were not SETX teams and have never seen any other staff member do the same.  We have a lot of people from outside of Southeast Texas that wish to post on teams in their area.  As far as I am concerned, the more information, better. 

If you are referring to the game threads that I put up last night, all of those teams are either well within the SETXsports umbrella or are a district mate of teams that are.  Would you like for me to show you?

I think maybe he is referring to the couple of threads I posted that involved some Dallas and Houston area teams. I posted those because of the high interest of them across the state. Highly ranked teams facing off against each other to start the season.

Just thought it would be interesting to post.

I love reading about statewide stuff.  Gives us a preview of who local teams may face if the make the state tournament.  Keep up the good work AAW!
