If He wants out, he is free to leave anytime he gets ready.

Maybe He is not wanted, as much as He wants out. Either way, Hardin will have a new AD next year, as well as Crosby.

Wanting out would be openly pandering for the Kelly job this summer.  Wanting out would be openly talking with teachers and community members about retiring at the end of this semester.  He definetly wants out.  Problem is, he also wants a paycheck.  Hence my post saying he might be interested in Crosby.  Makes lots of sense.

Job has not been posted. CISD normally pays pretty  well. I'm guessing $80K plus.
