The Nominees:

Dillon Guidroz, sr. running back/receiver, Kelly- Guidroz ran 23 times for 173 yards and caught two passes for 65 yards in Kelly’s 35-33 win over Addison Trinity Christian.

Kenneth Mayfield, sr. running back, PAM- Mayfield had 22 carries for 265 yards rushing with three touchdowns in PA Memorial’s 38-35 win over Clear Springs.

Nick Nelson, sr. receiver, Ozen- Nelson had two receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown in Ozen’s 14-10 upset over No. 3 Brenham.

Montana Quirante, jr. quarterback, Vidor- Quirante had more than 100 yards passing, ran for two touchdowns and had an interception return for a touchdown in Vidor’s 42-35 win over Montgomery.

Jimmy Salter, jr. quarterback, WOS- Salter completed 17 of 21 passes for 277 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in WO-S’ 52-9 win over Columbus.

k I voted... Don't know to much bout them So I voted on the one I have heard about the most...

This should be offense player of the week. My vote would be for a defensive player, Korbin Stampley. I dont know how many tackles he had but he was all over the field against Stratford.

Well, hey! The final player on the list wasn't too shabby either!  Jimmy Salter going 17-21 for 277 and 2 TDs and then putting in the house from the ground with another 2 TDs.  That sounds like POW material to me!
