Nederland ticket and game info

I have confidence in the Bulldogs on both side of the ball.  Offensively and defensively.  Their record speaks for itself. 

Of course, every thing we can do makes a difference.  How many timeouts and false starts did the FANS cause in that Friendswood game a few years back?

As I recall, we won that game and sent home an [s]undefeated team[/s], I mean, the Friendswood team. 

Back then, the FANS knew when to make noise and NOT.  I guess that generation of fan's kids have all have graduated.  There are few still around who know FOOTBALL 101 in Nederland.  Just trying to pass down some knowledge to those younger fans. 

Go Bulldogs!!!! Beat those Eagles!

You are delusional. Yes talent helps. But good coaching helps, good conditioning helps, good play calling helps, and smart fans help. Not saying fan support is the be all end all, but its a contributing factor. Ill never forget walking out for pregram when we played PNG in high school. If games were solely won on talent, then the chalk would always win. If our fans being loud on defense can cause just one false start or a busted play, it could be a deciding factor. That Friendswood game is a perfect example of a much more talented team that got beat by little old nederland. Its a lot harder to hear audibles and snap counts when the crowd is loud. Otherwise, whats the point in making any noise? I would love to be back on that field again but my job now is to help from the stands so Im going to do all i can whether it helps the outcome or not.

Read it again.  I said if Nederland's offense has a problem it won't be because of the noise.  It'll be because of Pearland's defense.  I never said they were going to have a problem though.  Concentrate!  ;D
