VIDOR VS. ANGLETON/Angleton advances 55-30!!

Tonight the magical run of the Vidor Pirates through the Class 4A, Division I playoffs continues tonight as Pirates travel into Houston to take on the Angleton Wildcats for this regional semifinal matchup.  Jeff Mathews' Pirates now 10-2 on the season, have gotten to this game with a 42-20 win over Crosby in the bi-district round and a 42-35 win over Montgomery last week.  Meanwhile, the undefeated Wildcats of Ryan Roark, champions of District 23-4A, qualified via a 48-21 victory over Friendswood in the bi-district round and a 65-36 victory over Houston Wheatley last week.

The winner of this game will face the winner of the Nederland/Pearland Dawson at this same venue tomorrow evening.

Does that mighty, sea-worthy PIRATE vessel look as if it's gonna sink??  Of course NOT!!  Unlike [color=purple]CATS[/color] that are unable to swim!!! MEOW!!!  lol.... It should be a great game though...hope injury free on both sides.
