[/quote]LOL! Been telling the lefty to work towards the right (dribble) for years now. He got lazy, thinking his quickness would get him by in high school. Everybody just as equal & quick now. Told him to learn more to the right He's just now beginning to see the light towards the right ;D

Please dont say that.  It seems to be a jinx whenever a majority of people think something like this.  Very long season- injuries, grades and a lot of other variables can really hurt you.  Plus, if you are fortunate enough to be in the playoffs, you cant afford to have a single bad game.

They are playing exceptionally well right now, hopefully we can make it through the season without any injuries, I loved the fact that several on the team are taking leadership roles...should be another bountiful basketball season...

This H-J team have the chance to do some good things.  I don't have any constructive comments.  If they keep playing the way that they are playing, they could be playing for title.

I will be honest, when Silsbee gets all their transfers in place, they will be very very hard to beat. Like Aggie said a team with size could give them trouble. Last year Silsbee wore HJ down with running up and down the court. Silsbee also lost to a team who had more size than them in Sealy. Hardin Jefferson has both size and speed. Should be a very good race for district. I'm going to say Silsbee and HJ both will be back in Huntsville playing to get back to state with HJ moving on.

Would like to know that myself.  Athens looked pretty good at regionals last year.  Mexia lost to Jacksonville by 16, if I remember correctly.  When HJ plays Jacksonville, we might find out just where Mexia and HJ stand.
