Its about time there was something on this board I know a little something about...
J Gray has had a great season. Most of his yards have come on 15-20 carries a game. He has has 30-33 a couple of times this year. He looks like he could compete at the next level right now. We have a rematch with Stephenville this week and this game is always a major test. He still has an outside shot at ken halls all time yards mark but it will be quite a task. As long as everything goes ok this week he should move into 2nd.

Not to take anything away from Jonathon and im a diehard UT fan he may get to Ken Hall's record but it will not be as near as a great of a feat as Mr. Hall done it. He done it in 3 seasons on half as many games im so excited Jonathon is bringing his talents to UT. But Kens record is unprecedented one of a kind someone may break it but never the way he did.

If Jonathan Gray played all 4 quarters he'd probably already have the record.  Everytime I read about him it talks about him being very limited in the 2nd half.  I know he has to stay healthy, but that is hurting his chances at records.

From the articles I read on Kenneth Hall, he sat out on offense the entire 2nd half of most of his games. He played both offense and defense. I think they played a 10 game schedule (not sure), but Class B (now 1A) only played two playoff games back then.
