You know why its happening. Its all those owners of the small teams whinning and complaining to him about them not getting big players. Its a pathetic attempt to make it more fair and instead its making it more fair. Paul is gonna play somewhere big weather the small team owners want him to or not. What is Stern gonna do next? Tell him where he can and can't sign? All Stern did was basically say "Paul you can't go to the Lakers because they have too much talent and money and they are too big of a city."Pathetic.
