You are correct. If the consensus holds and the district goes the way it looks like it might, Buna will leave for 3A and Kirbyville drops into 2A in their place.

Whatever happens though, the road ahead will be tough for Hardin. Judging by some comments posted here in the past, and intermittant observation during the past seasons, Hardin will have a formidible  struggle ahead of them.
