he is a very or was a good coach,obviously there are some issues that this guy has, there is a difference between how good of a coach someone is and what kind of person they are, we see that in all sports and all levels

I am still not sold on him being a very good coach like some are claiming.

One thing that is been obvious about this guy, he has never stayed in one place longer than 4 years. He has bounced around everywhere!! About 8 different coaching jobs in the past 15 years!
