MIF04
I also think strong consideration is in order for the kid from HF who shutout LCM (whose name escapes me at the moment).

40under
What about Eric Sparks from WO-S. Threw a no-hitter last week.
MIF04
Sparks is another good choice. I don't know who else shined for HF.
HFfan
Michael Lange was the pitcher for HF vs LCM Eric Neal went 4/4 with 1HR, 3RBI, 2 Runs and hosed a guy at the plate vs Jasper
GeauxTigers
Normally you can slide a BC, LCM, or Jasper stud in the mix for Player of the Week. Not this week, Eric Neal of (HF) tore the cover off the ball in the LCM tournament and was easily the star-studded player. As an Outfielder, he played the position well with outfield assists, but his performance at the plate was none other. Pay close attention with these guys. They helped contribute to a historic 2004 year with the leadership of trio Lance Elizondo, Barrett Law, and Matt Hebert.

GeauxTigers
You are right, I was just trying to make a point with a few teams, Nederland, PNG, and Westbrook has had lots of success with players moving to collegiate levels and MLB level. GeauxTigers
It was just in relation to teams HF plays during non-district and district play. HF defeated Jasper and LCM and BC is the district favorite in 06.
