Ages: 9yr - 13yr olds

Jacob Walton - Hitting - Catchers
Sprinkled in with some current college baseball players home for the holidays

Camp Format:
9:15am to Confirm Registration
9:30am - Introduction
9:45am - "How to focus your workouts to enhance skill performance" (Fackler)
10:00am - Arm care workouts and proper arm action needed to perform at ALL positions on the field (Harrington)
10:20am - Pitching Mechanics(Harrington-Walton)
11:20am - 10minute break
11:30am - Infield Play (Fackler)
11:30am - Outfield Play (Harrington)
11:30am - Catchers (Walton)
12:10pm - Hitting (Fackler-Walton-Harrington)
1:35pm - Closing remarks, Q&A Session

Presentations and drills on Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Catcher drills, outfield play and infield play-technique

Players need to bring $2 for drinks, wear shorts or baseball pants with tennis shoes or turf shoes.

You can drop off check at "Athletes" Training Facility to secure a spot, for we are only accepting 40 players total.

All checks made out to "Athletes".

We expanded Thursdays Camp to 60 kids and will do the same for the following camp.
