Athletes Indoor Training Facility
2350 Nall (Hwy365) Port Neches, Tx

Athletes will be conducting a one day "mini-session" camp for 7th-8th-9th grades (13-16yr old)
10am - 2:30pm
Covering all aspects in the game.
Bunting, Hitting, Pitching, Fielding, Catchers, Arm Care, and Mental Approach
Fees: $65 per player ($110siblings)

[u][b]Camp Format[/b][/u]

10am - Introduction
10:10am - Staff evaluations of each players 'swing' with written analysis to be kept and brought home to their parents
10:40am - Staff evaluations of each players 'pitching mechanics' with a written analysis to be kept and brought home to their parent
BREAK -
11:10am - Hitting, Bunting Session
BREAK -
12:10pm - Pitching, Arm Care
1:20pm - Defense (Outfield-Infield-Catchers)
2:00pm - Hitting & Bunting Drills - How to set up the drill, how to execute the drill, and the overall purpose of the isolation drills in detail
2:30pm - Q&A Session

Entire camp is executed Indoors therefore shorts and tennis shoes are allowed.
Each camper needs to bring $2 for drinks and or snacks.
Catchers bring catching gear
