Working on 100!!

My goal this year was to actually see 100 or more different high school boys basketball teams this season. So far, I am over 85 (86 to be exact). With playoffs and state tourney still on the horizon, I think I'll reach my goal of 100!!

Looking forward to January, February and March!!!

If you count watching teams via the internet or TV, I have seen 92 so far.

Thanks, no-look. Hopefully next year I can make that Huntington tourney. Been trying to get over there for the past 3 seasons, just hasn't worked out yet.

Maybe if Huntington ISD would pay an appearance fee for Silsbee to come, I can make that tourney. ;) ;D

You do a great job broadcasting these games pal! I'm sure you'll finish closer to 110 by the end of the year. When you have a chance to announce the Tigers in Austin will see at least 8 teams you haven't seen this year.

BS said you will get to see at least 8 more teams at state ( i guess that's what he meant) if u broadcast a Silsbee game at state. I said that's not true, b/c Nederland will be at state, and you have already seen them play
a 5-6 games.

Well truth is, I'll be at the state tourney regardless of if any local team will be there. So it's very possible I will be watching as many as 24 new teams that I have not seen this year.

I'll be making my 41st straight state tourney in March.

Let's hope at least one team from our area makes it to the state tourney. BTW-I'll be there too. On a side note, I just saw where Humble beat North Shore over the Christmas break. Humble gonna be tough to beat this year.

Strong list. I've seen most of these teams in 3A-5A, just wondering how good is Wheatley and Coldspring. I have not seen either of these 2 teams
play. What are their strengths/weaknesses?
