Hey, I give them credit.  I know about the hot streak the Bulldogs went on in that YMBL tourney.

You are delusional if you are thinking the bench will not play a vital part in this game for both teams.

Central is much better off playing with their full complement of players than being short handed like they were before. Will it result in a win like last time for the Jaguars? That remains to be seen.

I'm not delusional, I realize the bench plays a factor in ALL games. I just like Nederland's chances regardless of how many players see PT. If Central plays zone, Ned will beat you from outside. If you play man, then good luck slowing down Weisbrod down low. As I said in an earlier post, "if Ned gets hot from 3-land, then Ned wins big. If not, then it's a close game".

We can't get caught up in past opponents or the last meeting, bc we all know what can happen in any game. For example, last year Ned barely won at Livingston. 1 month later, Ned wins by 20. Same this year when Ned beat WOS by 20 & 30, then barely wins 2 weeks later on a last second shot.
I think Central played a little harder during the first meeting after losing to PAM in OT (leading big most of the game). Ned was still upset from losing to WB in the previous game which was a big disappointment after having high expectations after the YMBL showing. I believe Ned will be a lot more hungry tomorrow night. These kids don't like to lose!

Central can handle the big sophmore down low.  We have a 6'6" kid and a 6'4" kid, both of whome are athletic.  We also have some kids with some size to stop him from getting too deep. I think we should come out and play man defense.  Playing zone is basically setting your death wish when playing a team like Nederland that will knock down those shots.  I would expect us to play man and probably have a man in young English's pocket.  I'm not worried about the bigs for Nederland too much.  We 've been playing games against teams with good bigs and held our own.  The most latest example of that is the 6'7" kid from LC-M.  He was limited to about 4 points.  Weisbrod will have heck tomorrow night.

My guess is that Weisbrod will score about 25% of Nederlands points.(unless he shoot free throws poorly)

I don't keep up with individual stats much, but I would guess Weisbrod is a 20/10 player for the season, which is approx 33% of their total points. I don't think he's scored less than 15/game except 2-3 games (maybe). I haven't seen anyone stop him yet. Central may slow him down a bit, but even Royal could not contain him, and their front line is 6'7, 6'6, and 6'5".
Ned has been above average from the FT line so far this year. They struggled in a couple of games, but overall, pretty good.

[/quote]Long story.  Catman thinks that BISD schools are trash in basketball and that Big Sandy is superior in every aspect.  When I called him out when Big Sandy don't do so good, he jumps ship to North Shore.
