FanintheStands Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 I think East Chambers was trying to see if they could apply any of their points tonight to the final score of their Kountze debacle last week!Ummm, I don't think so!
NeraWhite45 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 That's a little ridiculous don't ya think? Wow way to stay classy there ec

Guest speechless Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Hang on....wasn't the Kountze score with Deweyville pretty close to this? At what point do we stop blaming the winning team?

aTmfan06 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Wow ec lol... yea I think they were upset after last Friday night
5GallonBucket Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Hoffpauir doesn't seem to be the type of coach that would do that....but then again.....who knows
pirate supporter Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 WOW is an understatement here. What is the point of running up a score like that on a team regardless of who it is? I think that coaches have lost sight of sportsmanship in my opinion. I know there are plenty out there that will disagree with me but that is why we are all allowed our own opinion. It is hard to tell a group of athletes to keep their heads up when they are beat down like this. JMO
mfd814 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Most coaches would not intentionally do this. There are exceptions I am sure. As long as they are working on a certain aspect of the game and not just shooting threes or having a dunk fest it should be ok. The losing team coach could forfeit but what about the kids that only get bench time. If Deweyville wants to keep working on their team, should the coach just quit? Keep your head up and keep working.
FanintheStands Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Do you think Hoffpauir did this to get his team's swagger back? Or that the team realized they lost focus last week vs. Kountze and vowed never to do that again?I think the Kountze game is where the source of this score came from.
sleepy Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Who cares!!!!! You play the game and you learn life lessons. Life lesson number one is sometimes you get whipped and whipped badly.

ECBuc08 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 It's not like they left the starting 5 in the whole time.. they rotated players the entire game..

Let’sGetAlong Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 Deweyville is having a tough time in basketball on both sides this year.
DPFAN Posted February 2, 2012 Report Posted February 2, 2012 Yea just basketball? They had a good season playing with the pigskin before losing a few players due to injuries. I promise yout if eveyrone would have stayed healthy the would have made the playoffs! But lets stay on topic here!
