vcbasketball15 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 dont really know where to put this post considering its about all sports, but i was curious to see if anyone has heard about lumbertons numbers? ive heard about a possible drop to 3a..
vcbasketball15 Posted February 1, 2012 Author Report Posted February 1, 2012 i know right? haha just kidding...if anything it seems like the numbers are gonna go up...i know the freshman class my senior year was almost 100 more than our class....seems like they would be growing....
mytwocents-28 Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 WOSgrad has the numbers posted somewhere for every school that he could find. I'm not sure of the exact numbers but i know there is no way that they are dropping down.
Team Game Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Lumberton's 8th grade group will bring the numbers up. I believe it is the largest class to come through, although there may be bigger classes below them.

Honest Abe Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 Not COMPLETELY impossible. Numbers are not too far off from Silsbee, But almost 1/2 of GCM. GCM has numbers close to 5A.
BucketSitR Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 WOSgrad Do you have numbers for Brookeland. Heard the other night at their gym that they may be moving all the way up to 2A. They do have lots of kids. What number did they turn in?BucketSitR

The UIL has done crazier things.
WOSgrad Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 According to those who have "heard" things, Lumberton's number will be around 100 students over the 4A floor (990).
Bigdog Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 yeah they have been around 1100 the last few years. I think Ned's have been in the 1460-1470 range by the way Grad. I am going by the enrollment reports from the last few board meetings.
Team Game Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 What grade levels do they use to determine attendance?
FanintheStands Posted February 1, 2012 Report Posted February 1, 2012 How do you have ".5" people like Cleveland and West Sabine?

My latest understanding is that the .5 is a count of students who attend half days who are counted as "1/2" student. So if you have an odd number of those, you will have a ".5"
