I guess that depends on how one interprets talent.  From my perspective, there are a couple of different ways (probably more) to arrive at your conclusion.  In one corner are those whose evaluation is based on speed, athleticism, and shake n bake capabilities while in the other corner are those who believe that skill and understanding/achieving the game objective are major components of "talent".

But so many are saying that Central is so much more talented that the talent will trump disciplined, smart ball.  Right Dove?  ( I just can't figure out why that same talent did not prevail in the first game)

Talent did NOT win the 1st game for Central. Nederland lost their cool MENTALLY, and it cost them the game. Nederland stayed mentally
focused in the game that counts (district game) and won big. *See my post from a few days ago regarding what happened:

Regardless of who was on the court, Nederland lost that game Mentally.
That is what this conversation is about, right? Central is deep enough (in talent) that it really shouldn't matter which 5 were on the court.  You've been saying all year that they have all kind of talent, but the coaching is poor. Can't have it both ways.
