Where will Silsbee and HJ play their playoff

Because #1, both H-J and Silsbee still have opponents that on the right night can pull an upset and shake up the rankings.

Second, even if H-J and Silsbee remain tied, they can opt for a coin flip.

I can think of no better preparation for the playoffs for Silsbee or Hj than playing each other again, regardless of who wins.

Definitely a great playoff warm up but some coaches dont like to play a team too many times in a year.  Look at how many coaches try to stay out of tournaments with district rivals in them.

Not a safe assumption, the Tigers have to go to WOS friday and play a team that gave them just a tough a game as HJ did in Silsbee.

I see both teams winning out in district therefore both ending at 9-1 and co-district champs.

Personally, I see no benefit in playing the game. Neither side of the playoff bracket is beneficial, no easier avenue by being #1 or #2 seed other than the #1 seed getting a bye in the 1st round.

I think both teams should play a game before the playoffs, just not against each other.

That first round bye can be considered an advantage and also a disadvantage.

Why would Yates want to play Silsbee? How would that match up prepare Yates for the playoffs?

Plus their is a rumor that Yates will be 3a region 3 along with wheatly so why not play them we might have to get use to it.

I never said Silsbee wouldn't play Yates, but I just don't see Yates wanting to play Silsbee. I see no benefit for Yates in that game.
