This has been widely published since WWII, so not sure it's much of a secret anymore.  Here is the code broken:

Dayton and WOS Phrase                      Interpretation

1. Our predistrict schedule is tough.    We are really a bunch of candy-arses

2. We have many D-1 players.            Bubba is bigger than anyone else.

3. We will go to State.                        The State will own us for 5-10yrs

4. BH sucks.                                      I wished we were them.

5. We are fast.                                    Bubba can eat 5 chili-dogs at once

6. WOS is our heros                            They suck too.
