Don't think they have released them yet. I do know that district starts with Crosby and ends with Summer Creek.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it was Coach Faircloth who benched Doty, not the referee, and Doty came back into the game later on. Could be wrong about that - it's only been eighteen months - but I seem to remember listening to that argument play out and it wasn't the ref who ordered Doty to the bench.

And I know you weren't talking about the score. I wasn't either. I was just pointing out that Doty was undefeated against Vidor as varsity quarterback.

So I reiterate, who was it who had the last laugh?

I'm 100% positive i heard the ref tell the coach to get doty off the field. So, IMO that would be the ref benching Doty.

And I never heard that. I do know Faircloth ordered Doty off the field, and I'm pretty sure if the ref had thrown him off the field he wouldn't have played again that night, and I seem to remember him being back in the game the next time PN-G had the ball.

The UIL already had them in 21-4A with the HISD 4A teams.

I wish our pre-district schedule looked like that.  We are never gonna get anywhere playing the teams we are.  We have a very young team also, which should make for an interesting district race!
