BLUEDOVE3 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 Can you imagine how it will be at his 20 year reunion? Poor guy.
BLUEDOVE3 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012
Man he was wide open!!!! ;D ;D ;D
AND! He made sure he scored with a layup and no embarassing missed dunk ;)
KHSAlum400 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 If his team was up one, why was he trying to score anyway? There's no shot-clock.
bullets13 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 i couldn't figure out how that could happen until i saw the tape. catching a contested inbounds pass while you're running towards your own basket and laying it up all in one motion... too much muscle memory :) still terrible, though.
catfever Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 So if you are up one and you see what you think is a wide open lay-up, you don't shoot it. You would do what? Wait for someone to foul you so you MAY make 2 free throws.
bullets13 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 i like how he celebrates it... while the other team celebrates it... and then he realizes what he did :)
bball2011 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 A kid from Kountze did that in the third qtr the other night. A time-out was called and the kid went to the bench. I felt sorry for him cause he had just checked into the game. :-\
BLUEDOVE3 Posted February 3, 2012 Report Posted February 3, 2012 Man, you could watch this tape a hundred times and see something new in it. Notice the inbound sequence after the the kid scores. He's wide open to take the inbound pass and the guy with ball ignores him, and he's wide open.
