Nederland's 29 game District win streak was broken last Friday night against Central, and Big Ned is ready to redeem themselves. Their opponent is Ozen who defeated Central and LCM, but lost to Livingston last night. Who knows which Ozen team will show up, but Nederland better be ready.
Who wins Friday's game in Beaumont?

Really!!!!!!!!!! After last night, I can't believe you'd even ask that question lol.......Being the underdog in football kinda added a little edge to us but in basketball being the underdog is just being the underdog

Why not ask that question? Ozen still has talent. They beat Central 2 weeks ago, then Central beat Ned last week. This should be a very close game just like the 1st meeting.

Ozen is more than capable of winning this game, but i don't know how anyone can favor them after their last performance.

Does that mean the Celtics will beat the Heat because at the end of the day its still MIAMI?  IF you are drawing the line Dickie at Ozen minus ten, I will take Nederland and put up $2 for every $1 you choose to put up.

Miami has WON a title and has been in the finals... ::) ::)...bad choice of an NBA example there, my friend.. ;)...Now, about this betting thing...Are you taking the LINE of 10? See, the 10 came straight from my emotional side... :D...My basketball sense leads me to believe that it will be much less! 8)

Ok  get rid of your "emotional side" ( which means you were BSing everybody) and draw the "enlightened line"  And for the record, Miami is NOT and never has been a perennial NBA power( and West Orange Stark has been to Austin but that doesnt mean they are a perennial power either) so I maintain that my analogy is accurate

But WOS didn't win one.... ::) ::)...OK, OK...I think Ozen will get them in a close one..It will be an emotional win for them I think...I have no idea WHAT happened in Livingston, but I doubt it will happen again at home.  Nederland is a good team, but I think this group has seen its best days..meaning I think they peaked around the middle of the district race..Think about how the second half has gone for them..PNG by 4? LCM in a close one? and the Central loss...I just think that they are ripe for the picking right now. 8)
