They are absolutely loaded, and will win state this season.  They only lost last night because they had an off night at Ozen, and shot poorly...Had nothing to do with Ozen's defense...20-4A is hands down is THE BEST DISTRICT in the state... ::) ::) ::)

NB-Dawg, Dogs 1218, bigdog.......Would you guys rather this? Is this YOUR reality?  ::)

And no dickie you do not need to grow up because you have an opinion. You need to grow up [b]because of your attitude towards everyone who doesn't worship you like a God.

Nederland fans, take it as a compliment that so many people are talking about Nederland, no one would being saying anything unless they were doing good things.  No matter how good you are people are always going to talk about you, mostly because of jealousy, so take it as a compliment and ignore the rest.  I know it is tough to do, but that is what I would hope I would do.

Here is the best way I can put it.. We all have opinions, but not all of them need to be said.. And If you do say them, choose how to do so wisely..

Nederland may not win state this year but I believe what the program has achieved over the last few years is a greater accomplishment than winning a title at an established program where basketball is the only athletic priority.

Dickie,

Nederland split with Ozen and Central and looks as though they will finish atop the district tied with Central and a game ahead of your Panthers. If they are so bad, then what does that say about Ozen who finished second behind them?

Just a matter of perspective" sir".  And, in this case, my opinion is 100% every bit as valid as yours.  Your lengthy basketball resume has no extensive turnarounds in it and therefore you dont have as much insight in that area as you perceive yourself as having.  A shining example is last year when Tom Thibodeau was selected Coach of The Year with Doug Collins and Greg Popovich behind him.  Nowhere in the voting was Eric Spoelstra and/or Rick Carlisle who fought it out in the NBA finals.

Perhaps you have forgotten that I am familiar (from close up) with state championships both from a players and coaches perspective, not to mention a very huge turnaround also.

Regarding your toilet comment- I guess that also applies to Ozen splitting with Livingston?

Let me get this straight.  Nederlands split with Central and Ozen equals doomsday for Nederland, but Ozens split with Livingston is not?  How convenient.
