stevenash Posted February 21, 2012 Report Posted February 21, 2012 There is a slight difference. Nobody from HJ ever projected titles or appearances in Austin. I think your suggestion is a sound one anyway. Think of all the costs the schools can save by simply awarding a school the regional title instead of having to travel and play for it.

Dick Vitale Posted February 21, 2012 Report Posted February 21, 2012 No, I don't know much about Cleveland or their kids athletic status, but I DO know that people will ALWAYS try to figure out WHY certain kids or teams are as talented as they are..."They MUST be cheating" is what is claimed by people who have the SLIGHTEST CLUE as to what is actually going on...Yates' HS head coach, Greg Wise, I have known for many years...he is definitely smarter than most on here give him credit for being..He will not and have not played INELIGIBLE players, or there would have been a PENALTY up to and including possible termination from his position (See Wheatley HS for that example)..Stop trying to figure out or create scandal and just accept what it is.
