Hobbs
Wow. That's a pretty good start for Ozen. Yes, Orangefield has graduated a lot of talent the last two years and are down. However, that's still an impressive indicator of Ozen's potential if they can gain some confidence and put it all together. Tournament play will be tough on them because of the short pitching depth...but they will catch a couple of teams asleep at the wheel this year in district and be in the mix if they can simply reduce the un-forced errors and make their opponents beat them. OhBilly18
Ozen will suprise some teams this year. Not saying they will make the playoffs, but they are no easy out.

Rake1
Lost in that box score is a very nice performance by OF Soph pitcher Blake Permenter who entered the game after Ozen scores 7 runs in the first and proceeds to go 5 1/3 innings with 7 K's and 2 earned runs. Although he didn't finish the game it was certainly a bright spot for the young Bobcat squad. 3 Sophs and a Junior on the pitching staff spells brighter days down the road.Rake1
