Marucci Cat-5 33 banned in college

Just got word the NCAA has banned the 33-30 Cat-5.  It would not surprise me if they ban the other sizes. Maybe high school will follow suit; they tend to follow college.

I got the email from TASO a few minutes ago stating they are banned from high School also

So if you bought one can you get a refund? I bought one to keep by my door to knock burglers in the head with so if I went in front of a judge I would be BBCOR legal. Didnt want my case to be thrown out if I used a BESR bat.
