So much turnover

Does anyone remember his much turnover in ad/hc positions in our area in years past? I'm just shocked by he number of open jobs in february!

Yes, this year there were 15 new coaches at area schools.....16 if you include first year program Orange Community Christian.

I cant recall this many.  Of course aout 2 years ago the most important change happened, so I stop counting after 1.  ;D

The pressure to produce is ever increasing.


I believe it has to do some with the changing generation of parents.  This generation of parents believe it's their right to either persuade or tell the coach/athletic director what to do, who to play, who not to play.  I am not sure these parents realize that it's not their job to be the Coach.  It has to put unneeded stress on coaches and move/change at least shuts up those parents and the next group won't say as much until they get to know them.
