The only reason anyone from Dayton can even spell "academically unacceptable" is because it's painted on all the Dayton ISD buses.

They are entitled to that extra 2 bucks..... Not sure why, because if you bought tamales in Baytown, the seller was probably not paying taxes anyway and I am sure had no sign of a green-card or citizenship papers. They probably did had cash left over from some federally funded grant, however..... ;D ;DI do have to agree with Pats on the whole bus painting issue. I saw that myself....... ;D ;D ;D
