BADSANTA Posted March 3, 2012 Author Report Posted March 3, 2012 Silsbee needs to just rest up! They will have something in store for LaVega!
ST413 Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 Going to be a tough one, lots of match up problems. Going to have to really but the boards and shoot well. HJ proved LaVega isnt as unbeatable as some have made them out to be.
stevenash Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 I would give silsbee the edge unless lavega post man gets real involved in offense
jenks Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 You can do it Silsbee! Leave it all on the court. Any given playoff game! ;D
State Champs 17 Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 Rest up Tigers..............Gotta Big Game Tomorrow!!!!....... 1 more Win to state!!!! 3 more wins to the Silbee's first ever title!!!!! You can do it!!!
MBaller#1 Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 It sounds like Silsbee is beginning to develops a heart of a champion, lets hope so. 1 game at a time tigers.
bullets13 Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 having watched both games last night, LaVega is a slightly better version of Athens. Quick, athletic, a little bigger. If Silsbee plays like they did most of the game last night, i think they're going home, as they should've lost to Athens. But if the Silsbee team that showed up in that second OT shows up, they've got the ability to kill La Vega with that press and win this one. HJ and Silsbee have shown they're pretty equal this year, and HJ played one of their worst games of the season (i'll give WLV a little credit for that, but not a lot), and still should've won. Silsbee can certainly beat them. I'll be rooting for Silsbee to represent us in state.
86hawk Posted March 3, 2012 Report Posted March 3, 2012 Silsbee needs to be able to handle the man to man pressure LV brings. Need to handle the ball better than they did last night. Silsbee by 9.
BADSANTA Posted March 3, 2012 Author Report Posted March 3, 2012 Tigers you got to bring the pain tonight! A trip to Austin is on the line. This game is 4qtrs and we need to play all 4! Free Throws, force turnovers, staying out of foul trouble, and make those shots! LaVega puts their shorts on one leg at a time like you do! Go get em!
