bignasty69 Posted February 3, 2007 Report Posted February 3, 2007 Well he's not that big...but he does have a LAZER-ROCKET arm... Lazer-Rocket? what is a lazer rocket may i ask but it dosent matter who is the stand out players next year as long as Coach Moses is at HJ all will be well.
AggiesAreWe Posted February 3, 2007 Report Posted February 3, 2007 Silsbee-      Donovan Harris- all district wr and safety      Daniel Paulas- all district off. tackle( several colleges looking at him )Harris could take over the quarterbacking duties unless B.K. Johnson's little brother steps up and takes command of the position. Jeremy will be a soph. and is a very good passer but will have to step it up in the run dept. Silsbee has always liked having a soph. qb, leads to having a 3 year starting senior qb, which is always a good thing.
hawks23 Posted February 4, 2007 Report Posted February 4, 2007 I will have to go with Trey B. RB and David D. OLB for HJ

Silsbee has always liked having a soph. qb, leads to having a 3 year starting senior qb, which is always a good thing.Latest I was told is it will be Jeremy's spot to lose. I was also told they are looking at a more spread oriented offense with more passing.....not too many kids want to take the beating of the veer qb.I'll throw out a Chris Castle at rb. Once the current freshman and middle school kids get some seasoning they are going to be very very good.Â
shsucat Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 What happen to the McDonald kid? He was quarterback on the jv team thatwas 6-0 his soph. year.Jeremy was hurt most of last year???Harris or McDonald would be my choices but I'm not the coach!!!
Guest Kingofthadimond09 Posted February 5, 2007 Report Posted February 5, 2007 Pierce Rhodes RB, Randy Musgrove WR, and Aaron Hazlewood QB will all be standouts at Kirbyville next year
SilsbeeD Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 What happen to the McDonald kid? He was quarterback on the jv team thatwas 6-0 his soph. year.Jeremy was hurt most of last year???Harris or McDonald would be my choices but I'm not the coach!!!Mcdonald is too small IMO
tj78 Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 Tiger90,how big do you have to be????Look at Aaron Hazlewood,he's not that big!!!!Jeremy's not a big player!!!!
WarriorSports Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 For Warren we will have a great returning Soph by the name of Brazos Morris..he was good this year but ran behind our star Marc Esway. With Marc out of the picture, Brazos should stand out in the weakened 2A district. Also, watch for the name Travis McBee...should rush for over 1200yds if he stays healthy..
DP#1FAN Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 A weakened district? East Chambers and Deweyville will be better teams next year than this.
SilsbeeD Posted February 6, 2007 Report Posted February 6, 2007 Tiger90,how big do you have to be????Look at Aaron Hazlewood,he's not that big!!!!Jeremy's not a big player!!!!I guess you were talking to me but to answer your question. Jeremy may not be that big in size but hes like 6'2. He may not have that much weight on him but he was a freshmen this year and only has room to grow.
WarriorSports Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 yes weakened..without the Williams duo, receiver and the runningback Dville will be hurting unless the freshman back recovers from that broken leg! The load will be on him and other teams will target that leg...its sad but true!
BMTSoulja1 Posted February 7, 2007 Report Posted February 7, 2007 Sampere- QBGutierrez-RBD. Johnson-LB/DLPompa-DLI dont know about Sampere, but for sure, Pompa, Johnson, and Gutierrez are Beasts.
Tiger90 Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 I guess you were talking to me but to answer your question. Jeremy may not be that big in size but hes like 6'2. He may not have that much weight on him but he was a freshmen this year and only has room to grow. Jeremy can become a tremendous athlete. He has the good speed and size (heightwise). I am very high on the possibilities he brings and will bring for the next 3 years.
Bigdog Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 I dont know about Sampere, but for sure, Pompa, Johnson, and Gutierrez are Beasts. Sampere took over the last two quarters or so against LC. Seems to have a pretty good arm and good mobility.
DP#1FAN Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 The Pirates have 5 good RB to carry the ball, but the starter will be a SR. The Pirate offensive line will be so much better next year. I look for another 2000+ yard running back (SR). The hard work going on right now in the off season program will make us better next year. Hey thanks for getting us fired up before we played you all this year. Hope you can do that again this coming year but not to sure your AD would like that.
Guest Uncle Rico Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 5 good RB's? Dang you guys are loaded...
