indian28 Posted March 4, 2007 Report Posted March 4, 2007 he's a sophmore. and was being moved up and down all season between jv and varsity
77 Posted March 4, 2007 Report Posted March 4, 2007 I would think if he's that good they would have kept him on varsity, seems like they could have used him.

indian28 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 i thikn your juicin up cameron bass's stats a little bit.. he avoids contact and he doesnt weigh 170 for sure maybe 150. but he is a very good back ill give you that. PNG's josh wright is gonna be among the best rbs png's ever had you wait and see. along with qb harrison tatum fb jake hemmings and wr matt johnson
Guest 87CRU79 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 Last I checked when Ned's JV played PNG JV, Bass (when he was still on JV)ran all over PNG's JV, and your boy was no where to be found. I am sure he is going to be a GOOD, but not the best back in PNG history. Bass has put on some weight this past offseason, and Guti has lost some so he can play linebacker. When Bass was pulled up, after guti was injured, he layed some punishing blocks for a smaller guy. Check out the tape/pics of the Galena Park game (first round of the playoffs). Oh and on another note, just wondering, when was the last time PNG made the playoffs...lol.

indian28 Posted March 6, 2007 Report Posted March 6, 2007 png made the play offs two years ago.. and yeah i still stand by my word. josh wright will be one of the best ever. and no where to be seen? he ran 2 60+ yard runs on nederland both games in the jv meeting between the two teams.
Guest 87CRU79 Posted March 7, 2007 Report Posted March 7, 2007 Didn't Bass around 4 touchdowns that game?
indian28 Posted March 7, 2007 Report Posted March 7, 2007 yeah bass did... bass also had a pretty good offensive line. ill give that to him. try puttin him on pngs jv team last year and see how many 4 touchdown games he would have.. wright had a few 3 td games on different teams
Guest 87CRU79 Posted March 8, 2007 Report Posted March 8, 2007 I still do not see how you can compare him to:GouhlkeCookor even HemmingsI guees I just haven't seen him run enough. We will see next year...I already ready for Mid County Madness.
fbplayer999 Posted March 8, 2007 Report Posted March 8, 2007 how gives a crap how good a kid was on JV, if he was that good he would have played on the varsity.
