He aint going nowhere for a while. He has to get his recruits and win. Also if he leaves now and fails again at a Major he is done. Gotta stick around a while and build a steady winner first.

Knight will be at Lamar minimum 4-5 years. I wouldn't be surprised if he sticks around for at least 8 years.

They mentioned Roc on the broadcast of the game yesterday.  Saying that he recruited all of these kids to LU.

South Florida plays California after Lamar plays Vermont so that should give our players extra motivation to win.  As far as the question about pat knight, of course he'll be back next year.  No way does he bail on his first class of recruits.  He still has a lot to prove and with his own players.  How long he does stay will probably depend a lot on how successful he his and how well Lamar takes care of him.
