BLUEDOVE3
Man, you can read a comic book in right field because you'd probably get 2-3 fly balls your way. The rest would be errors from the infield letting the ball get by ;D
east texas bb
I agree Dove, other than a couple of positions, Baseball is an organized rest. On the othe hand, there are alot of Right Fielders making alot of money.

On a side-note, playing right field made me appreciate playing the infield in my playing days. I was day dreaming in right field (my first organized game & playing on a regulation field) and a ball was hit to me. I [s]charged it[/s] mis-judged the ball and it went sailing over my head. I asked the coach to put me in the infield to stay awake.

BLUEDOVE3
Or:Baseball is a slow, sluggish game, with frequent and trivial interruptions, offering the spectator many opportunities to reflect at leisure upon thesituation on the field: This is what a fan loves most about the game. -- Edward Abbey
