Beaumont ISD to annouce new High School

Does BISD need a fourth high school? Is overcrowding becoming an issue in the district or is it the quality of an education is the need for one? Why the enrollment for BISD is probably dropping is because of quality! Parents who send their children to great schools is because of that. They need to halt their plans and improve the quality and fill schools to capacity!

Its BISD anything is possible. Heard it will be built at the "Butch" and will be called Butch High School and a mall is to be built next year next to the new Hotel and they will rename that end of Beaumont [size=14pt]Butchville.[/size][/quote]

Much of the growth at Central occurred because of the closing of Richard Milburn and denial of transfers to WB.  It will take another bond issue to build a new high school, and that won't happen anytime soon.
