jenks Posted April 10, 2012 Report Posted April 10, 2012 Thats amazing! Just started doing the event and now has a change at winning state for it. So much hidden talent.
AggiesAreWe Posted April 11, 2012 Author Report Posted April 11, 2012 Well, it didn't happen for Cameron yesterday. He finished 3rd in the discus and after missing on his first jump in the high jump, he got off the mat, screamed, and then knocked over the standard. The AD's got together and disqualified Malveaux from the event.
VNUPE Posted April 11, 2012 Report Posted April 11, 2012 Aggies, he actually did that on his final jump. He did very we'll throughout, but lost his composure after missing his final jump. What I thought was impressive is that a freshman won this event..
bjimbo Posted April 11, 2012 Report Posted April 11, 2012 If he got a dq from the event then that makes him disqualified from participating in the rest of the meet which might make him forfit his bronxe medal. I beleive this is a UIL rule...I wonder if the AD's know that???
