example smith ss from BC excellent , sparrow from PNG might have the edge.

Lemoine BC , Fults LCM, Brown NED,  probably the 3 best pitchers in the area . Lemoine and Brown can over power both with nasty curve . Fults numbers are unreal , against top teams in area .

but please do not pick entire teams . example PNG pitchers look good because of defense , does not make them one of the best defensive players .

And please ..... Menard catcher from BC was not chosen for BAYLOR because he is 3rd best in area ..
