Texas vs. Texas A&M Predictions

3 game split series this weekend with game 1 being at A&M and games 2,3 being held in Austin.  Ut is playing better baseball as of late, while A&M has lost 7 out of their last 9 games after being ranked #2 in the country.

This series is always fun no matter what the records.  This could be the last time they play a conference series for a long time.

A&M bounces back after a 5 game losing streak tonight to beat TCU 4-1 with that win they get there mind straight, i say the Ags sweep to finally get a win in a sporting event this year against the horns.

Ags win 6-5. Allowed the horns to score 5 in the top of the ninth. They had me nervous the whole inning i had flashbacks of the football game. I'm glad the ags could pull it together played good ball. I didn't know the horns were such a young team. I don't believe they had a senior in the starting lineup.

10-3 Ags lead in the top of 9.  Kirby Bellow in to pitch with 2 outs

12-3 A&M still batting in the 9th

Bellow had a rough outing, its weird watching two local boys on the same team, Bellow pitching (Nederland) and felts catching (Orangefield).

A&M leads 1-0 in the bottom of the 7th.  Jacob Felts has the only hit of the day for the Horns.

1-0 Ags lead top 8.  Felts with another single and has tu's only hits of the game.

Texas with back to back singles to start the bottom of the 9th.  Kyle Martin is absolutely terrible.

The box score will not update, but from reading TexAgs it looks like Felts had the walk off hit.  Childress is catching hell for not walking him to load the bases and set up a force and also his decision to keep trying Martin as a closer.

Felts had a RBI single to tie it at 1.  The Horns scored the game winner on a FC from the next batter.

Felts finished the day 3-4 with 1 RBI
