I don't understand from the outside looking in.  I can count at least 5 above average pitchers on Nederlands team that I don't hear about , and I dont know the entire team.  Good Luck Bulldogs!!!  Make the coin tosses Pay Off !!!

I just flipped my coin twice and both times it says Nederland sucks.  That's what I think about one-game series.  It is a good thing for Nederland, this way their fans only have to endure one good ole fashing ars-whipping and not 3.  That's my politically correct version.  ;)

IMO, it doesn't matter who starts off for the Hill, we have everyone available, throw them all if we have to, don't leave one in too long if he is not having his best game, keep them off balance and win the game or we don't advance to the next level!!

The only reason there is any conversation about Ned having a chance is that anything could happen in a one-gamer. However, BH has too much quality pitching that has not thrown a ton of innings this year. I like their chances.

Explain to me how a team can give another team 3 "ars-whippings" in a 3 game series.

I think when you know your not the better over-all team, that's the only shot you got.  Like other's have stated, it's a terrible option for determing who is the best team, but hey it's the way it is. You can take a pitcher who has a nasty curve ball (i.e Listi former pitcher from [s]Bridge City[/s] Huffman) and ultimately determine who advances with that one player.  It's kind of like living south of Dayton, you know eventually one of their wagons will venture your way.

Well, come Thursday we are going to come over and show 20-4A how real baseball teams swing the bats.  PNG has had their two-game lesson this year.  ;) ;)
