Big disparity between 19-4A and 20-4A overall.  19-4A's 3rd and 4th place teams were more on par with 20-4A's 5th and 6th place team's, Vidor and Ozen, so its hard to say just how good 19-4A's #1 and 2 teams are based on district results.
