I Moved to BH from........., because.........

Recommended Posts

With all these very smart people making the choice to move to the fine BH, figured you may need a place to find others who have chosen the light:

I move to BH in 1971, been smoking here ever since.

P.S. Dayton sucked then too.

I was reffering to the way they carry themselves, as if BH is just sooo much better than all of the other schools in the district.

[/quote]i didnt know utopia smelled bad and was located next to a refinery. You should have moved to channelview I guess its utopia too. There was a time bh was that place which you speak of but oh my how its changing. I mean 30 yrs ago kids in that area knew how to hunt now when bh boys go hunting they get lost and have search parties sent out for them. I bet you would be hard pressed to find one person that lives at the hill that enjoys an episode of duck dynasty.

I'm moving to BH this summer after sobbering up from my 15 year purple kool aid intoxication. I didn't want my kids at Dayton because my boys have all of their teeth and there no 2 story trailer houses to fit a family of 5. Didn't pick Crosby because I would knockout the school Board, didn't pick GCM because I wanted the kids to have a good education, didn't pick Summer Creek because can't stand USC wanna be's, didn't pick Humble because of crime, didn't pick Kingwood Park because they are Kingwood HS leftovers, and didn't pick Galena Park because they don't win at anything.

After alot of research, I came to the conclusion that "The Hill is the deal for real!" 8)

    • Virginia has same day voter registration. A person can literally walk in to the voting location, register and then vote. So they premised that Virginia might be stopping people with a legitimate right to vote is nonsense. From what I gather in the news report, assuming that the ones I have read are correct, the people that were removed, filled out a drivers license registration and marked that they were not an American citizen. Could the person have made a mistake by checking the box incorrectly? Although unlikely it is certainly possible. That same person who was removed can go into the same voting location where he would have voted and again, complete a voter registration and then vote.  That went into the Supreme Court’s decision.  If such a person votes by registering on election day, he fills out a provisional ballot. Provisional ballots are not originally counted and or not counted unless needed. For example….  Statewide there are 500 provisional ballots cast. A person wins the election by 4,000 votes. That would be no need to count the provisional ballots as it will not matter. That let’s say there are 5,000 provisional ballots in the state. One candidate wins the election by one 1,500 votes. In that case, the election could definitely swing on those provisional ballots. The state will then investigate each person to make sure they live at the correct address listed, and that they are in American citizen. If these things are correct, the vote will then be counted. Safe Harbor is not untillll…… I think December 17th this year so there will be six weeks to verify the provisional ballots if needed. The purging of the names of people who checked a state form saying that they were not an American citizen, will not stop that same person from voting.
