Region 1- Waco Midway vs. Cleburne.  Game 1 was postponed untill today at 1 pm. 

Region 2- Rockwall Heath beat Wakeland 8-1 in Game 1.  Game 2 tonight at 7:30

Region 4- Lake Travis and Boerne Champion start their 3 game series tonight at 7:30

Wakeland won game 2, 1-0 to force a 3rd game.  All of Wakeland's series so far have went 3 games

Lake Travis took game 1 by a score of 9-1

Going to be a stout reagion next year again.  BH returning all their starting pitchers and just about everyone else.

Last year we only returned 1 starter and we didn't do too bad.  Next year, we return a lot more, but we'll be losing our 2 best pitchers & 2 out of our 3 best hitters.  The region also adds some other powers in Tomball, Georgetown and Cedar Park.

I think they are losing Long([b]P[/b]), Newcomb(CF), Thompson(RF), Bonin(1B), Johnson(SS), and Leggett([b]P[/b]).
