Texas High School Helmet project returning.

Received a message from the webmaster of the site. He has a new computer with all the information on a new hard drive. So far he's made about 200 helmets in the past two days. Site should be up in a couple weeks.

All of the Texas public school sections have been updated with the new districts and a lot of the 2011 helmets he didn't have.
