Their first round loss just left the Wolves hungry for a longer run, which many expect as the Wolfpack, who returns a whopping 19 starters, will be competing in Class 1A, Division I.Coaching StaffHead Coach: Donald HubbardCoaching Record: 8-3 at San Augustine and overallAssistant Coaches:Tory Barnes, Co-Defensive Coordinator/Defensive backs/Running backs; David Denbow, Co-Defensive Coordinator/Linebackers/Offensive line; Zach Hubbard, Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks; K.P. Leading the way will be senior quarterback Bobby Tanner (62-134, 1324 yd, 11 TD passing, 58 carries, 323 yd, 5 TD rushing) the district 10-2A-II MVP in 2011. Sharing the running load for the Wolfpack will be senior receiver Ty'Aundra Taylor (1st eam all district recever, 66 carries, 465 yd, 9 TD rushing, 21 catches, 335 yd, 2 TD), senior running back Tony Hubbard (2nd team all district, 81 carries, 610 yd, 3 TD) and senior fullback, J.C. Hubbard believes that this scheme will allow the athletes on defense to use their speed and quickness to get to football better. Defensive tackles Thomas (1st team all district) and Payne (2nd team all district) will be joined on the line by senior end Rodrick Davis and sophomore end Travis Jordan. Senior linebacker Mikey Harrison (1st team all district) and Xavier Brown (2nd team all district) will provide support. Look forward to following the Wolves this year and I will definately make a playoff game or two for sure, good luck. The Pirates are looking good, if we can avoid the injury bug I believe we should compete very well this year.
Trocket
My nephew say they will win State this year, told him I would come a catch one their game against a good team. Thinking about the Tenaha game, hope they are going to have a good team this years so I will not see a blowout.
JesseJames
After following some of these guys around this summer during 7on7, I am very excited to see what happens this fall. These guys have grown so much, mentally and physically, since the end of school that it is unbelievable. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching their success this summer!GO WOLVES !!!!!!!!!
