And the UIL has not done Coach Shane Adair and the rest of the new 20-3A any favors by placing perennial power Carthage into the district. Senior fullback Jason Cook (7 carries, 45 yd in 2011) will get some of the running load. Senior receiver Carlos Lewis (2nd team all district, 10 catches, 142 yd in 2011) and senior tight end Austin Dubose (2nd team all district)will lead the Diboll receiver corp. Senior Seth Johnson (1st team all district in 2011) will anchor the Lumberjack offensive line.[size=14pt][b][u]2012 Defense[/u][/b][/size][size=12pt][b]Defense: 4-3[/b]Six starters return from the 2010 Lumberjack defense to lead the 2011 squad. Things appear to be pretty well set up front with seniors Luis Ramos (2nd team all district), Jon Serrato (2nd team all district) and Dubose. Lewis and safety Antonio Garrett (2nd team all district in 2011) will anchor the Lumberjack secondary.
