Seeking Former Schools Helmet Info

If possible, I would like to get a list of the "last generation" of local high schools in the area and their helmet information for the helmet forum. What I mean by "last generation" is the most recent set of schools to either close or consolidate to form current districts. For example: West Orange High Chiefs and the Stark Tigers combined to form West Orange-Stark. Little Cypress and Mauriceville combined to form Little Cypress-Mauriceville. Port Arthur SFA, Lincoln and Jefferson created Memorial. I really only need help for the schools that formed West Brook, Central and Ozen. I would like the school name and the LAST SEASON their football team existed.

I have the last Lincoln and TJ halmets in my closet at my parents. I'll take a pic. Also have the PA decal TJ had before switching to TJ in the finals season.
