best thing for the Wildcats might be not getting ranked, practice and play with a chip on their shoulders and they could be off to the races once again.Newton respects them and so should others. jmo

The people putting the list together were probably aware of KVille's recent performance and that they no longer have Alvarez or Ford. As a result KVille will battle for the 3rd spot in the 2A district and that does not get them in the top 25.

Sometimes you just have to look past the rankings and hope that Kville will have that combination of talent and good coaching and thats just a start. To be ranked is nice but to get that respect they will have to earn it and hopefully the rankings will change and will see them move up during the season. If i recall Muleshoe wasn't even ranked in preseason the year they beat us @ state.
