Chris Cole (WOS) was a beast.

Yes he was.

I'll go old school with one of the best.

Silsbee's William Garrett was probably the best the Tigers have ever had. Garrett went on to have a stellar college career and won a Super Bowl with the Pittsburgh Steelers in '75.

All Sate All American AJ Dugat from Dayton ! I remember when we played BH he caught a pass at the line of scrimmage and broke six point blank tackles for a TD and that was the norm for him he had more moves than a greasy politician at election time.

Where is AJ these days. I know it didn't work out for him at UH, but where did he go from there after just one year?

Good call on Dugat....was fun watching that kid play.

Also, remember Brent Duhon with Todd Dodge at TJ.

Idk. Possibly. Eastern Michigan's and Pittsburgh's all time roster has him listed as Reggie. I ran across it a while back and knew of him but didn't remember his name being William.

Patrick Palmer---Lincoln

Shockmain Davis---Lincoln

Bubba Joe Rivers----TJ

Central had a pretty good WR in the early-to-mid 90s, wore jersey #15. Soulja would know.

AJ Dugut was special player I thought UH was the perfect school for him too. I would also have to give a vote for Kenny Ray Harrison easily a WR ahead of his time. Big frame great hands and great routes.

Just a few recent good ones I remember:

1. Wallace Franklin - Ozen
2. Royal (I forgot the first name) - Ozen
3. Zach Sonnier - LC-M
4. Nelson - PN-G
5. A. J. Dugat - Dayton
6. Derrick Hall - Central
7. (big reciever from Central in '09...forgot his name)
8. Devon Ogletree - Central
9. J. Seals - PA Memorial
10. Asa Cardenas - Nederland

In no particular order.

A couple recent small school WR's that were very good:

Juan Gamez - Hull-Daisetta 53 rec, 1,281yds, 18 TDs (plus 140+ tackles on def) 2A 1st Team All-State WR. Very impressive here because HD didn't run a passing offense and he was triple teamed nearly every play. Still put up those numbers in only 9 games in 2001.

Daniel Marsh - Hardin- 75 rec, 1538 yards receiving, 21TD's 2A 1st Team All-State WR helping to lead Hardin to a 9-3 record in 2007.
