New two-a-day rules

Recommended Posts

This is also going to be the time of year when you hear about the new UIL rules dictating two-a-days, which were determined and voted on back in October. In short, the new rules you should know about:

-No more consecutive two-a-days. That is, if you have two practices on a Monday, you cannot have two practices on a Tuesday.

-Only one practice during the first four days of conditioning; so, no two-a-days until this Friday, August 10.

-A mandatory two-hour break between two-a-day practices.

Question is, who is monitoring all this?

I see some "fudging" going on. ;)
