AggiesAreWe Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 Looking on Mapquest, Sabine Pass will have at minimum a 3 1/2 hour (7 hour round trip) bus ride to their district game against Mt. Enterprise this year. Next year they will basically have the same bus ride when they visit Tenaha for a district game.Thankfully this is just a football district. Would hate to see this district in all the other sports.
DHS Grandad Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 Deweyville and Anderson(Shiro) have the same situation in Dist.10-2A DivII.

BigDog007 Posted August 8, 2012 Report Posted August 8, 2012 Thats 7 hours doing the posted speed limits. Most yellow dogs have a max speed of 55-60mph no matter if they are new with a/c or older models. Wonder if they have enough backers to raise the money for a charter bus.

With that maximum speed of 55-60 mph and having to stop at all RR crossings and maneuvering through towns, more like 8 hour round trip.
